Mike Foor, B.S., M.A., J.D., LL.M., is a unique, highly experienced, hard working full time Realtor. Mike was first licensed as a real estate broker in California in 1985 and has been active in real estate related matters in California and Arizona ever since. His unusual background offers his buyers and sellers a unique array of talents unmatched by any other real estate professional in the area. He has extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate sales, in real estate law, in construction related matters and as an educator.

Mikes roots in the San Francisco Bay Area go back to 1971 when he first moved to San Francisco from his native Michigan. He taught courses in Federal Income Taxation (including real estate related taxation issues) in San Francisco at the Golden Gate University Graduate School of Taxation located in San Francisco's financial district, from 1979 to 1984 while practicing real estate and business law.

He has written several articles over the years on real estate related matters and taught a number of real estate seminars. Over the past 30 years he has attended a multitude of real estate courses, conferences and seminars both as a real estate broker and as a real estate attorney.

Mike designed and acted as the general contractor in building two homes he owned in Tucson, Arizona. One home was a 3700 square foot Pueblo Style residence and the other a smaller mountain home nestled in the high country on Mt. Lemmon in the Catalina Mountains just north of Tucson.

Mikes family lives in and around the San Francisco Bay Area with a brother in Marin County, a brother and his family in Belmont, a brother and his family in Chico, his mother in San Carlos, a nephew and his family in Pleasant Hill, as well as cousins and their families in Hillsborough, San Mateo and San Carlos. Mike has three daughters and four grandchildren.
